| COUNCIL BLUFFS - The man who was rescued by John Kerry in Vietnam believes President Bush is behind critics now questioning his story about Kerry's valor on the Bap Hap River.
Former Green Beret Jim Rassmann said Friday that he considers it a personal "slap in the face" when people say his dramatic rescue story is false.
