| The Coast Guard initially warned that intelligence gaps prevented it from gauging the potential security risk posed by Dubai Ports World's proposed takeover of some operations in Baltimore and five other major U.S. ports a month before the deal was approved, according to a document released yesterday by a Senate committee.

If It ever comes around to losing the contract to Dubai Ports World, they should coincide the cost factor into there laps. The Senate Committee should relinguish the costs to them. There's no need for the USA to absorb the costs. Take a percentage of the revenue that Is involved with all the ports, and justify the costs. Doing sub-stantial shipping out of all the piers, could double the amount of Jobs States Side.
