| WASHINGTON -- First Hurricane Katrina took Cathy Perrot's home. Now she faces another disaster: Paying for it.
Perrot's St. Bernard Parish house was plunged under water when the levees broke Aug. 29. The property is a total loss, she said, but one remnant survived intact: The $90,000 mortgage.
