| The roar of generators and chainsaws filled the air in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast today as residents cleaned up from a powerful Hurricane Wilma that experts say caused at least $9 billion in damage in South Florida.
But even as they cleaned their yards of debris, residents biggest concerns were the most basic: water and electricity.
