Gov. Mitt Romney's political resume is long on ambition, but short on accomplishment - a potentially fatal mix for anyone seeking to win the White House.
That's why Romney, who now admits he's seriously considering a 2008 presidential bid, is suddenly trumpeting a new universal health-care plan that would force Bay Staters to get insurance or else maintain savings accounts to pay health expenses.
